Mother Nature 🙏❤🙏

 As a student and a teenager, who loved reading, it was Mrs.Anita Desai's novel 'The Village by The Sea' ,which was a part of my ICSE curriculum,that caught my imagination forever! Over the years she did become one of my favourite novelist! Anyone who has read this particular novel (not only for grades),will definitely fall in love with the way she paints a picture with words...a clear...graphic picture...which is permanently printed in the reader's imagination...much like Mr. Satyajit Ray...Mrs.Danielle Steel...or Mrs.Arundhuti Roy. The intricate detailing while painting that picture with words, is absolutely masterclass! 👌

How Mrs.Desai's novel is linked with this photo is ofcourse the stark irony of Mother Nature being so giving...so beautiful...so peaceful...yet...so wrathful and unforgiving too! Every individual needs to pay attention to the fatal signals that SHE is giving! ALL OF US NEED TO DO OUR INDIVIDUAL BITS...TO SAVE US FROM AN APOCALYPSE, IF NOT AN EXTINCTION!! 🙏
