My friend circle in school was quite diverse. It had Mayur(Kashmiri), Peter(Chinese), Atul(Marwari), Bhaveesh(Gujarati), Gaurav (Bihari),Manoj & Girish(Keralite), Lalu(Tamilian)Punit & Sandeep(Punjabi), apart from Suman & Partha who were Bengalis. ❤👍😊...
This particular recipe of Ma was a rage amongst them💥🔥💥🔥😊...
So...the day this would be sent in as my tiffin...the lunch box would be substituted by a multilayered tiffin carrier😊😊😊...
The inevitable loot would start and be over by the 1st period 😂😂😂...
I wouldn't  mind at all...because as a return gift, my lunch would comprise of yummy recipes from Mothers,all over India 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 and beyond❤❤❤😋😋😋...

আগে নিজে বুঝতে হবে জীবন,স্বাস্থ্য(মানসিক এবং শারীরিক) এবং পরিবারের মূল্য, ছোটদেরও বোঝাতে হবে। 👍... 

আগে নিজে বুঝতে হবে...শাসন তাকেই করে মানুষ, যার সে ভালো চায়,যাকে সে ভালোবাসে...তাহলেই ছোটদের আমরা বোঝাতে পারবো👍। 

We should realize there is a beautiful life out there beyond that smartphone...only then we can pass on that understanding to the younger ones👍... 

Firstly we should realize the link between and importance of Health(mental and physical),Career and Family...only then we will be able to teach the younger ones, how priceless life is👍... 

Firstly we should accept the fact, that we scold or correct someone, whom we love and care for...only then we will be able to make the young ones understand 👍...

THIS IS A 2 HOUR INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP TOWARDS LEADING A HEALTHY LIFE,AGAINST ADDICTION OF ALL SORTS (smoking,alcohol,gutka,hookah,violent video games,dark side of internet) AND AGAINST EVERY HARMFUL TREND(abusive language, disrespecting women, disrespecting any individual,cyber bullying, trolling etc.),THAT I HAVE  CARRIED OUT IN MORE THAN 350 SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES ALL AROUND THE WORLD.

IT IS FOR CLASSES 7 UPWARDS IF IN A SCHOOL.

এটি একটি মানসিক এবং শারীরিক সুস্বাস্থ্যসম্মত জীবন যাপনের  উপায় খুঁজে দেওয়ার তাগিদে, ২ ঘন্টার ইন্ট্যারাক্টিভ ওয়ার্কশপ। সমস্ত রকমের নেশার(ধূমপান, মদ্যপান, গুটকা, হুকা, হিংসাত্মক ভিডিও গেমস, ইন্টারনেটের ক্ষতিকারক দিক)বিরুদ্ধে এবং প্রতিটি ক্ষতিকারক জনপ্রিয় ধারনার (অবমাননাকর ভাষা, গালাগালি,কোনও ব্যক্তিকে অসম্মান করার হুমকি, নারীদের অসম্মান করা, ট্রোলিং ইত্যাদি)বিরুদ্ধে এই সচেতনতা। আমি বিশ্বজুড়ে ৩৫০ টিরও বেশি স্কুল এবং কলেজগুলিতে এই কর্মশালা নিয়ে পৌছেছি এখনও পর্যন্ত।

এটি স্কুলে অনুষ্ঠিত হলে, ৭ থেকে ১২ শ্রেণীর ছাত্রছাত্রীদের জন্য ভীষনভাবে উপযোগী।
